Message from the Grandmothers

After the Call to Power in Ireland, we left for a vacation in southern Italy. The energy there was very different from what we'd experienced in Ireland. After the infusion of light in Cork, Italy felt dense and closed to me. This made me uncomfortable.. Now, more than ever, I was aware of the presence of the Net of Light everywhere, but as we traveled south of Rome, something didn't feel right. "Grandmothers," I called. "Help!"

Immediately the Grandmothers appeared."The joy you experienced in Ireland as you worked with the spirits is not present in this part of the world," they said. "Not now. The sacred sites here and in much of the world," they said, pointing to southern Europe and the Middle East "have been capped off."

Their words were shocking but I felt the truth in them. I was noticing that it was getting increasingly difficult to work with the Net of Light. The next day when we drove to an ancient Mother worship site I observed how constricted it was. Power seemed unable to move beyond the site itself. And as I called on the spirits of that place, instead of joy and uplift, I felt sadness and longing. "Strange," I muttered, "the work here is not effortless. What can be done, Grandmothers?" I asked, my body now feeling the underlying grief of the place.

"The earth is sacred," the Grandmothers replied. "Earth's energy is designed to flow in support of life. Animals, humans, plants and minerals are held together in holy connection. Your forbearers knew this and lived in harmony with the earth and one another.

"It is time to re-form this sacred link. Long ago fear took over humanity's drivers seat. They smiled grimly at the thought. "When that happened, out of ignorance, the 'powers that be' began to mute and stifle the sacred places on earth. They were afraid and in their fear they sought to grab power for themselves. They believed that if they controlled life, controlled resources, controlled everyone and everything they would be safe. And they wouldn't have that control if anyone could access the divine connection.

"What you find in certain areas of the earth are these capped off power sites," they explained. In some instances they have been 'hard-capped' to make accessing their life-giving power almost impossible. But do not despair," they said, shaking their heads. " It is time for these places to awaken and awaken they will.

"You witnessed similar sites coming alive in Ireland--pouring their Beauty/Power into the Net of Light that holds the earth. Call these Irish power sites to assist you. They will. We ask you to continue to cast the Net of Light and amplify its presence everywhere. Continue to hold it steady. However, if, as you work in certain spots you find little response to the Net, know that there has been a capping off of power. In such places you can work differently," they said, smiling knowingly. "Work within the water and the air.

"The element of earth is denser than that of air and water. It is therefore more affected by attempts to prevent the flow of its energy. Because of their structure, air and water cannot be controlled in the same way. They cannot be capped off," they smiled and shook their heads. "Therefore, think of magnifying the presence of the Net of Light within the air and water that touch these ancient power sources.

"Work within the seas, rivers and lakes of the planet they said. "Work with the rain, mist, fog and snow. Work with the winds that blow upon the land. Call on the presence of the Net of Light within the water and the air to bless and soften these cut off places. The Net of Light will wear down all hardened spots on earth.

The power of your focused thought is far greater than you know. We promise you that when you use this method, bit by bit you will reclaim the sacredness of the earth. Only humanity can do this work and we thank you for stepping forward now to do it. We bless you."
