Grandmothers Message: On Fire With the Grandmothers

When I returned from the Grandmothers' workshop in New England I asked to know the actual good that comes from these workshops and gatherings. "There are some wonderful times coming up in Sedona, Europe and other places, Grandmothers. Wonderful times," I repeated, "but what really happens when we gather? Why are these meetings so important?"

"You look at 'important' in a different way than we do," the Grandmothers replied, smiling knowingly. "We are building a foundation for the times that are coming, and we use the work you do with us-the meetings, the Gatherings of the Grandmothers-to build that foundation. Many of you are part of this work and knowing and feeling this brings you great joy. You sense the forward momentum that rises from these gatherings, you experience the opening of your heart, the infilling of goodness into your life, and the sisterhood/brotherhood/family feeling you get when you come together. These, however, are only part of what happens at these meetings.

"All we have listed here takes place on what we see as a 'surface' level. These surface changes take place within your individual lives. What you do not see," they said, "is what takes place beyond you, within the very earth itself.

"Each place you meet becomes a sacred holding tank where the energy of Yin can do the work of infusing your planet. The places you will be meeting in Europe especially need this. New England needed this work and Sedona also needs it, though in a different way. Many draw from the great power source in Sedona and take for themselves from this sacred place. We do not say that this is wrong, as there is great power there. But at the Mending the Tears in Net of Light workshop in Sedona in October, we will work WITH the power source there, replenishing both you and it so it can continue to be a source for thousands upon thousands more to come.

"The work you will do in Europe we will not reveal at this time, but we will tell you it is great beyond your imagining. You were surprised by the potency and the focus of the work we brought forth in New England. The deep healing that took place in that early wound in that area surprised you. We tell you that what will occur in Europe will be even more stunning and surprising.

"These Gatherings of the Grandmothers, these workshops you offer do not occur by happenstance. You know this, Sharon, but you need to be reminded because often you feel too responsible for everything. This is our work," the Grandmothers said, eyeing me from the side. "We set it up. And we delighted in surprising you like we did in Providence," they laughed and then quickly grew sober, "to remind you that we are always, always at the wheel." "Yes, Grandmothers," I said, nodding, not taking my eyes off them.

"There are many brave sisters and brothers in Europe who will come forward to be part of this work there. It's time for the righting of many wrongs in that place. Much has been twisted and perverted there; truth often sacrificed to special interests, especially in what you refer to as the old countries of the world. We would right those conditions," the Grandmothers said, standing tall.

"Let the call go out to those who wish to be part of the work of mending the Net of Light, of strengthening this Net that will steady the earth during these times of radical change that have arrived. Work with us individually and for those who can, come together to work in concert. The great changes that have been predicted for so long are upon you now," they said, "and it is a great blessing for you to be able to come together to participate in this sacred work. You experienced this," they said to me, "first at the Mending the Net of Light workshop in Laguna Beach and again in Providence. We assure you that you will experience it many, many more times.

"Our work is accelerating at this time," the Grandmothers said. "You have surmised correctly that we are now on fire with purpose. So will you be," they said and smiled. "Enjoy it."
