Message from the Grandmothers

The Grandmothers ask that each time we meet, we affirm our place on the Net of Light and cast it to others who don't know about this divine connection that we all share. For over ten years everyone involved with the Grandmothers has cast the Net of Light to those who are suffering in some way, whether physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually. We also cast to the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms and finish by asking "May everyone in all the worlds be happy."

Now the Grandmothers are asking us to also cast the Net of Light to people who long to serve the highest good, but don't know how. "Many of these people," they said, "do not have a way to connect with the Divine. They have been alienated by one religion or another and this prevents them from connecting in that way. They are full of compassion, they see the suffering of Mother Earth, and they want to help." The Grandmothers said, "Cast the Net of Light to them, so they too can take part in lifting and blessing the earth. Give everyone the opportunity to be along on the ride with us." Then they chuckled and said, "It's time for reinforcements."

Shortly after the Grandmothers gave me this new information on the Net of Light, they showed up in the middle of the night. I'd awakened and tossing and turning, I couldn't get back to sleep, so I decided to work with the Net of Light the way the Grandmothers had asked us to. I was following their directions, casting the Net to both those who were suffering and those who longed to serve, but didn't know how when suddenly they appeared. "This is all well and good," they said, "but what about you?" "What about me?" I asked. "What do you mean, Grandmothers?"

Never ones to waste time, they promptly showed me the Net of Light within my own body, showed me how the great Net penetrated everything and everyone on the planet. "Let the Net of Light support you," they said. "Go ahead," they urged me, "Move inside your body and experience the Net of Light. It's right there within your organs," they laughed.

Well, again I did as directed and the experience was either samhadi or very close to it. I was the Net of Light, the Net of Light was me and after a period of bliss (I don't know how long it was), where I moved out into the cosmos and then back again into my body, I fell back to sleep.

I highly recommend you try this. There is much more to the Net of Light than we have understood. The Grandmothers have told us, "You have no idea of the greatness of the Net of Light," and I'm here to tell you, those Grandmothers never lie. So I encourage you to play with the Net of Light. Cast it to others and let it hold you and as you do, experience how deeply and fully every cell in your body is held in love.
