Message from the Grandmothers

Fires and Disasters

The fires raging in southern California prompted me to go to the Grandmothers to see what we could do. "Grandmothers," I said, "how can we help? Please teach us a practical way to quel these fires."

The Grandmothers smiled and said, "We will show you how to work with the Net of Light to accomplish this. And the method we will show you will work will work with all manner of disasters."

"Grandmothers," I said, "I'd also like to know why we're having all these fires. So many people, animals and plants are suffering and the whole atmosphere is affected. Why is this happening? I know," I added, "that I'm supposeed to ask you only one question for each journey, but if you can tell me this too I'd be very grateful."

"We will tell you a bit of this," the Grandmothers said, "but we do not want you to focus very long on the subject. It is not truly helpful," they said. "Okay, Grandmothers," I said. "I understand."

To restore balance to the areas where the fires are raging, work with the Net of Light," they said. "First call on us or call on any form of the Divine. If you do, we will be able to work through you, and you won't become depleted."

"There is a large concentration of negative energy in the area of the fires and because of this, the connection with the Net of Light there has been somewhat weakened," they said. "Sometimes negative energy accumulates in areas, and when it does, these places are prone to disasters of one sort or another. All negativity has its origin in the mind, "they added. "This is why we always remind you to banish all bad thoughts and turn your minds to something good. There is now a concentration of negative energy in the area of these fires.," they said. "This is all we wish to say about 'why' the fires have occurred." "Thank you, Grandmothers," I said.

"To work with the fires or with any disaster," the Grandmothers said, "call on us and then involk the Net of Light. After you have done that, move into your heart, into the lighted center of your heart, and from there ask us to pour light into the Net. Using the Net of Light, we will send light to the area you are thinking of, flooding it with radiance. Each time you do this, we will broadcast more and more light to the aflicted areas.

Smiling, the Grandmothers said, "You will perform great service each time you do this. The Net of Light will become fully strengthened again and throusands of beings will benefit from this work. The fires will ease," they said. We thank you for coming forward to be of service at this time. We bless you."
