Message from the Grandmothers

May 2005

On May 18th I asked the Grandmothers for a message, something that would be of help to us at this time.

 Grandmothers,  I said,  many people are coming to the monthly meetings at my home. Is there anything you want me to say to them when I send them a reminder of the June 4th meeting? 

 Say this to them,  the Grandmothers said.  They are needed. They are important. Sometimes they forget this.  As they spoke, a great presence descended from above my head, moved all the way through my body and seemed to anchor me to the ground. This presence was shaped like an inverted triangle, with the downward point of the triangle imbedding itself in the earth.

As I wondered about the triangular shape and the sense of being expanded as well as grounded, the Grandmothers spoke again.  If ever you doubt the efficacy of our words,  they said,  the power of our presence, or the rightness and timeliness of our message, turn away from the outer world. Turn within yourself to the center of your being. Focus in the center of your chest and then simply go quiet. As you do this, PRESENCE will grow within you; it will deepen and penetrate the cell beds of your body. It will fill your consciousness and awaken all the lifetimes that you have ever lived. Everything within you will awaken to PRESENCE. 

 Oh, my God , I murmured, as the enormity of what they were saying came home to me.

 Whenever you do this, karma will be burned,  the Grandmothers said.  This is true because both past and present are drawn together and merge in PRESENCE. You will find that as you begin open to PRESENCE, you will stop leading a fragmented life. You will no longer be drawn away from the now moment, in order to fixate on the future or chase after your latest desire or worry. Nor will you be drawn backwards to gaze in fascination at your past, wallowing in regret. No more of that,  they said.  When you move into PRESENCE, you fully occupy the present.

 This PRESENCE we speak of is so deep,  they said,  so full, that it goes BEYOND what you think of as goodness. It is even more than goodness. At each moment of life you have the choice to expand into PRESENCE. That is why we have come,  they said.  The purpose of our mission is to turn you away from the tinsel and toys of this world; to turn you toward that which is real. The fleeting fascinations and dramas of the moment will never satisfy you. They never have. They never will.

 We are with you as you take each breath, we are with you at every moment. We surround you in our love. We are truly as you say, 'here for you.' We flank you, guard and hold you in our embrace. Take a moment now to let us hold you. Whenever you call on us we will create a protected space for you. This protected space will make it easy for you to turn within yourself and open to PRESENCE.

 Open to the center or core of your being,  they said.  Each time you do this you will feel our love. You will feel the love the Divine has for you and at the same time sense how you are held, always held. Because we are here, because we are holding everyone on earth in this way it is also easy for you to feel and know your oneness with others. As you open to PRESENCE you awaken to love. The love that you feel at the moment of PRESENCE is what you are. It is your true identity. Although many people on earth are asleep to this fact, love is flowing through the veins of every person on this planet. In the eternal, unchanging place within you, you can sit within PRESENCE and let love flow. Because you are part of that flow, you are blessed. Your life is a blessing. This is the truth.

 Let this true place of PRESENCE become your home,  the Grandmothers said.  Then all the work you do will be done easily, all the problems that come to you to be solved will be solved. When you live in your home place of PRESENCE, everything benefits. You will come to know this and trust more and more as you occupy this centered, home place. Then, whenever you feel the pull of a worry, a regret, or of a frustration of some kind instead of falling into the drama of it, call on us and turn inward to your home place. As we embrace you, we will mend, heal and dissipate all your states of worry, fear and anger. Because you are a deathless, changeless being it is possible for you to live within the flow of PRESENCE at all times. 

As I thought about this my practical side began to assert itself. I wondered how I'd ever get anything done if I spent all my days sitting in PRESENCE. The Grandmothers reassured me,  Everything will get done that needs to get done. When you open to PRESENCE, you will find nothing missing in your life. Things will still happen, but you will live in an exalted state. That is your true state,  they said.  You aren't the little personality quirks that you think you are,  they laughed.  You aren't a compilation of events, people and genetic material from the past. Those are only places you have visited, connections to events and people that you made once upon a time. Whenever you are alive to the greatness of your own being, whenever you are at one with the PRESENCE that you are, you move and will move through all of that.

 Turn to the core of your body,  the Grandmothers said,  and breathe with us as we encircle you. You are beauty/power,  they said.  You are power/beauty. As you occupy your true home at the center of your being, everyone and everything on earth lifts. Each form of life is part of a seamless whole. So as you accept the fact that you are an exalted being and lift up, everything also lifts. Whenever you take this centered, home place and feel the PRESENCE, you are saluting the truth. PRESENCE is the truth of everything that lives. It is the truth,  they said.

 No matter how seemingly cut off from this state a person may seem to you,  the Grandmothers said.  No matter how contorted their personality may appear, no matter how sick, crazy or even evil they may seem to be, PRESENCE is at their core. Instead of spending your life worrying about the external layers of conditioning and karma you carry with you and that everyone carries with them, open instead to the center of your being. Open to your home place. As you tap into PRESENCE, energy will cascade outward from you. When this energy flows out it produces a domino effect; PRESENCE causes a domino effect. This process may sound simple. It is not, but the truth is that your vibration can lift everyone on earth.  They explained,  Basically, you are an electrical or energy body. Whenever the vibration of your energy speeds up, and moves higher, a surge of high frequency floods outward, touching everyone. Everything benefits.

 Call on us,  the Grandmothers said.  Let us surround and hold you as you turn to the Divine within. Your energy will automatically rise upward. Haven't you had enough of living in the basement and the swamp of life?  they asked.  Rise up now and be happy. Let us hold you steady as you turn within.

 There is so much beauty/power present in you, so much flows outward from you from the PRESENCE within. We are sharing this information with you now so you can understand how energy truly works. We are sharing this so you can understand why we have come at this time.
