Please join us for our Sixth Annual Gathering of the Grandmothers, March 16, 17 and 18, 2012 at the Aliso Creek Inn, Laguna Beach, California.

This year’s Gathering will highlight working with the ancestors, as well as being in contact and aware of the Net of Light, creating a force field that weakens fear, so we stay calm and balanced. Group Leaders are especially urged to attend.

The weekend begins at 4 p.m. on Friday and ends after lunch on Sunday. We have created all-inclusive rates for people who will need a room at the Inn and those who will not. This rate includes the fee for the Gathering, 6 meals and room for 2 nights, depending on accommodation you select. Please note that rates are per person. Rates have gone up slightly from 2011.

Note: Only persons 18 years and older may attend.

Studio Room (one person) $ 498.30

Gathering and meals only $ 266.00

Important Registration Information: 

HOTEL: PLEASE DO NOT contact the hotel. Only Joanne Leone has hotel information and is the central contact for ‘all’ gathering information. Also, ‘only’ those paying for a room are legally able to stay in a room; no extra guests are allowed. It is easy for you to register on-line this year. We have been given only ‘so many’ of each type of room, so the quicker you register, the easier it will be for you to reserve your first choice of room. Any additional questions can be emailed to  joanneleoneaz@aol.com. Final payments ‘must’ be received by us by February 15, no exceptions.

If you wish to stay at the Aliso Creek Inn before or after the Gathering, please add the dates to the Registration Form. Each additional night’s stay is as follows: Studio-109; 1-Bedroom-159; 2-Bedroom-199
ROOM-MATES: If you are requesting a certain room-mate/s be sure you all register ASAP.

NO ROOM NEEDED: If you will not need a room, the Gathering cost is $ 266. The final payment must be paid by February 15, no exceptions. NOTE: No refunds after February 15.

Note: We are processing a large number of reservations; it will help the process, the earlier you make your reservations. Thank you so much!

Meal Plans: There are two kinds of meal plans available at the Gathering. The vegetarian plan includes no meat. The non-vegetarian plan includes fish and chicken. You must indicate your preference when you register. The Inn cannot accommodate special diets. Each unit is equipped with a complete kitchen and a supermarket is within walking distance.

Important travel information: If you are flying from some point in the U.S., the closest airport to Laguna Beach is Orange County Airport (SNA). Those flying from points outside the U.S. will no doubt fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). For information about shuttle van service from either of these airports, visit the site: http://www.supershuttle.com. Also, after arrival, there will be a sign-up sheet for sharing rides back to the airport.
